The Pour

The patient pour. Werther's Original candies dissolved into Savaje Rum — two per ounce, overnight ideally — then stirred with simple syrup and Angostura over a single large cube. The result tastes like buttered caramel and toasted vanilla, finished with an expressed orange peel and an optional dust of cinnamon.
