These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Savaje Rum website and the purchase of products from Savage Spirits LLC, doing business as Savaje Rum (“Savaje,” “we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or purchase our products. By using the site you represent that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. We do not sell alcohol to anyone under 21, and a valid government-issued ID and adult signature are required upon delivery.

2. Products & availability

Savaje Rum is a distilled spirit. Product availability, proof, and packaging may vary by state and over time. Retail availability (e.g., Total Wine & More and independent retailers) and direct-to-consumer shipping are offered only where permitted by law. We currently ship to a limited set of U.S. states and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we cannot lawfully fulfill.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout.

4. Responsible enjoyment

Savaje is meant to be enjoyed responsibly. Please never drink and drive.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Savaje name, logo, copy, photography, and design — is owned by or licensed to Savage Spirits LLC and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savage Spirits LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
